WATER – On Djerdap, in all populated places, urban and rural areas, tap water is correct and is used for drinking and cooking. However, we recommend that you use purchased bottled water if you are sensitive to climate change and unaccustomed to the properties of local drinking water. In the summer, it can happen that the water sources dry up or decrease, and then it is not recommended to use tap water for drinking and cooking, but to use purchased bottled water from stores. Even in emergency situations, water is technically correct for use for personal hygiene, unless the competent authorities have made a decision to ban the use of water for personal use.

BUS TRANSPORTis performed by comfortable rented buses of authorized carriers with audio and video equipment and A / C device. Seats in the bus are determined exclusively by the order of registration, exceptionally families with small children can be met. The seats are subject to change due to a change in the type and number of buses as well as due to a change in the number of passengers for the appropriate trip. All buses in front have a prominent board with the inscription ĐERDAP TRAVEL. Smoking is not allowed during the bus ride. A sufficient number of breaks are made during the trip. Passengers bear the costs of refreshments and toilet services themselves. Values ​​such as money, jewelry, expensive perfumes and more must be exclusively in hand luggage. Passengers take care of personal and hand luggage themselves and are responsible for the same. At the place of departure, we pay special attention, that passengers contact only the officials of the Djerdap travel agency and follow their instructions regarding the packing of luggage in the bus. The passenger is entitled to one travel bag in the luggage compartment and one handbag in his seat on the bus. Travel bags over these allowances are charged by the agency.

OWN TRANSPORT– implies that passengers themselves organize transportation to the tourist destination by plane, train, bus or usually their own car and this is not the subject of an agreement between the passenger and the agency. Passengers are obliged to get acquainted with the traffic regulations of the transit and destination country and to take care of and be responsible for the means of transport themselves. Passengers bear the consequences if they are late at the beginning of the paid arrangement during their own transport and are not entitled to a refund for unused services. The representative of the agency on the day of the shift, for technical reasons, is not able to personally accommodate passengers with their own transport, but is available to them for information by phone (except in case of inability of passengers to find accommodation). The main road from Golubac, through Donji Milanovac to Kladovo or “Đerdap highway” passes through NP Đerdap, following the Danube on its way. Be extremely careful when driving on landslides on the road, which can be especially after rain. Also, it is a EuroVelo 6 route for cyclists and in the April-November season you can meet a lot of cyclists. At that destination, you also have 21 tunnels that are not lit, so be especially careful. There is a lot of parking space, so use them to stop and take a break from driving and enjoy the beautiful views.

ACCOMMODATION – The traveler undertakes the obligation to get to know and respect the rules of conduct in a certain accommodation facility which refer to the deposit of value and money, intake of food and drinks, respect for house rules, number of persons in accommodation, etc. The Agency cannot be held liable for damages and consequences caused by non-compliance with these regulations and rules. Unless otherwise agreed, the accommodation of passengers in the facility cannot be before 14:00 on the day of using the service and leaving the facility no later than 10:00 on the day of using the service. Passengers include the stated number of nights and not days in the price of the arrangement. Sometimes due to the evening flight and the time required for the transfer, passengers are accommodated in the facility in the late hours of the night.

MOBILE TELEPHONY – Turn off roaming while on Djerdap! The Danube is the border of NP Djerdap, but also of the Republic of Serbia towards the Republic of Romania, so pay attention to your phones so that you do not enter into roaming with the Republic of Romania. We advise you to turn off the roaming option while you are on Djerdap. Your operator’s signal may be weakened or lost in certain destinations, and if you have the roaming option activated, the Romanian operator automatically continues to provide you with a service that will cost you at roaming prices.

STAY AND OPTIONAL EXCURSIONS – We recommend that you bring valid biometric passports during your stay in Djerdap. In the offer you can find numerous trips to the Republic of Romania, for which you only need a biometric passport (valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of return to the Republic of Serbia). A visa is not required for crossing and staying in the Republic of Romania.
Our guide representative in the region or city where you are staying will ensure a pleasant stay and provide all the information. Any deficiencies in accommodation or other paid services must be reported immediately to the representative of the Djerdap travel agency in order to eliminate them as soon as possible. Any complaints must be submitted to the guide-representative only in writing at the place of residence. Subsequent appeals will not be considered. Car rental and optional excursions are special programs organized by Djerdap travel and / or partners of the Djerdap travel agency and are not an integral part of the contract. Guides – representatives are only intermediaries in concluding contracts between our guests and partners, organizers. These can be bus and boat excursions, various tours and cultural and entertainment programs. You will receive a description of the trip with prices from our guides – representatives in the place of residence or through our website. Prices sometimes depend on the number of participants and the season. Optional excursions are usually conducted in Serbian, exceptionally in English, if there are more foreigners in the group, about which you will be informed.

The information about the accommodation presented on the site in the form of photographs, video material, descriptive description and inventory content represents the situation and information that was found during the tour of the accommodation facility. TA “Đerdap travel” is an intermediary and cannot be responsible for any deficiencies and deviations in relation to the information on the site. In order to improve the services of accommodation facilities, we thank you for every application, suggestion and praise you send us.
The prices of accommodation in the accommodation unit must correspond to the prices of accommodation on the site. Our guests always have the right to pay a lower price if the prices do not match (in the accommodation facility and on the Agency’s website). The owner of the accommodation determines his own prices and has the right to change the prices, provided that he must inform the Agency.
During your stay at the accommodation, for all questions, first contact the owner of the accommodation. If you cannot get it then call your Agency.
If the owner of the accommodation facility has not prepared accommodation in accordance with the standards and sanitary conditions and rules, you can contact the Agency and we will protect your rights as a client – check the accommodation conditions and give you information about it or if necessary provide you with accommodation of the same or higher category in the amount already agreed.
By paying the insurance in the amount of 12,00RSD per night per person, you get insurance against injuries in the accommodation facility. Your personal belongings and property are not insured and you are responsible for them.
